What the data shows
In Brussels, the middle half of active entire homes earns between €7,300 and €31,900 in gross revenue a year, at a median rate of €141 a night. The gap between those two figures owes less to the address than to how the home is run: number of reviews, responsiveness, photo quality and demand-based pricing.
Studios and one-bedroom flats have similar rates; the jump comes at two bedrooms, where the Brussels median revenue rises to €23,700. How many bedrooms?

Where do the figures come from?
The data comes from Inside Airbnb, an independent project that publishes the content of listings visible online. We keep only entire homes with at least one review in the last twelve months, then compute medians and ranges by municipality and size. Nights booked are an estimate based on reviews, not booking data. Method and sources.
