About mesnuitées

mesnuitées helps owners find out, with figures, what their home could earn as a short-term rental in Belgium.

The site is published by Hexuvium Services Limited, a short-term rental management company that manages homes on behalf of their owners. We built it because an owner's first question, "how much will it earn?", too often gets a sales answer. Here, the answer comes from public data, with its limits.

The figures are recomputed each time Inside Airbnb publishes new data, and a new analysis comes out every week. If you spot an error, write to us at contact@hexuvium.com.
